ECSE Design Comp 2026

The goal was to make a game that would belong in an arcade, my team and I decided to make a rhythm game with inspiration from Piano Tiles. I made the schematic, PCB and firmware for the board. The main firmware used USB-Serial connected to a web browser's Web Serial API, this code was run on an ESP32-C3 connected to 4 mechanical keyboard switches. The website also sent back the person's combo (how many they hit correctly in a row), and every 25 combo would light up 1 of 4 LEDS. Our team won People's Choice
